What is allpay Internet Payments?
allpay Internet Payments is a secure online payment facility to accept, authorise
and process payments for you. This service is provided by allpay Ltd on behalf of
the billing organisation to whom you are paying your bill.
What if I'm an existing customer and have forgotten my password?
Follow the forgotten your password? link on the allpay Internet Payments sign in page.
You need to enter your registered email address and answer a security question, then allpay Internet Payments will send you a temporary password to use for sign in.
Upon logging in you will be prompted to change this to a permanent password.
If you do not use this temporary password within 96 hours, you must request a password again.
What if I'm an existing customer and I have forgotten the answer to my security question?
If you have forgotten the answer to your security question, you will need to contact us and provide your:
- PRN number (this is the 19 digit payment reference number from your allpay swipe card or barcode)
- Name of organisation you are trying to pay (Housing Association, Local Authority, Magistrates' Court, Credit Union, Debt Collector or School)
- Email address
- Your name (first name and last name)
What is a valid password for allpay Internet Payments?
allpay Internet Payments will only accept passwords that include 12 characters including at least: 1 lower case letter, 1 upper case letter and 1 number.
How do I make a payment?
To make a payment, go to Make a payment, select the account to pay, select the card, enter the amount and select Next.
Once you have confirmed the payment press Pay to complete the payment.
Do I have to sign up to allpay Internet Payments?
If this is your first visit to allpay Internet Payments since 19th August 2012 then you must complete a short, simple sign up process.

Can I sign in with my allpay mobile App credentials?
Yes. If you use the allpay mobile App, your sign in credentials (email address and
password) will work with allpay Internet Payments.
Any payees you have saved with the App will also be available via allpay Internet Payments.
What are the recommended browsers to use for Internet Payments?
Where operating systems allow, allpay recommends the following browsers (or newer) for allpay Internet Payments:
- Edge 79
- Google Chrome 74
- Mozilla Firefox 52
- Safari 9
allpay Internet Payments also requires users to have JavaScript and cookies enabled on their computers.
What if I cannot sign in to allpay Internet Payments?
All customers must first complete a one-time sign up to access allpay Internet Payments. Click here to
sign up.
If you have already signed up, please check that when signing in, you are typing
your email address and password accurately. We recommend you to type your password
and do not use copy and paste.

What do I need to use allpay internet payments?
To use allpay internet payments you need a 19 digit payment reference number. A
payment reference number can be found on a barcoded bill or magnetic swipe card which
looks like a credit/debit card and usually has the name of the organisation to which
you are paying your bills.
You will also need a valid debit or credit card.
Since your payment card or barcoded bill have no monetary value, you will also need
a credit and/or debit card.
allpay Internet Payments also requires users to have JavaScript and cookies enabled
on their computers.
How safe is the information I enter?
We take your security very seriously. You can check you're in a secure site by
looking at the address bar at the top of the screen. You will see a padlock symbol which means that the site is secure.
You will also notice a padlock symbol displayed on your browser window which means
that you are using a secure site. This position of the padlock symbol differs between
browsers but it is usually at the bottom right hand side of the browser window or
at the top next to the address bar.
We recommend "strong" passwords and provide a number of guidelines throughout the
site.
Who can I pay?
allpay Internet Payments enables you to pay your bills to a variety of organisations
including Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Magistrates' Courts, Credit Unions,
and Debt Collectors. If you are in any doubt as to whether your billing
organisation enables you to pay bills through this service, please contact them directly.
How much can I pay?
You can pay any amount between £1
and £99,999
in one transaction. Note that some organisations may impose lower maximum or higher minimum values.
